We do not offer walk in service. All appointments must be scheduled in advance. In the event you are unable to make your appointment, please provide 24 hours notice as this provides others with the opportunity to move up their appointment. If you are unable to provide 24 hours notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.00. If you do not show for your appointment, you will be charged a $50.00 no show fee. If you do not show for a consultation, you will be charged a $25.00 no show fee. This fee must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment if we are unable to charge the card on file.
Should you arrive late for your appointment, the duration of your visit may be shortened or moved to another time, or another date, in order to accommodate those who are not late for their appointment. The provider will make a determination if there is adequate time to safely complete your treatment. If there is inadequate time to safely complete your treatment, you will be responsible for a $50.00 tardiness fee, unless this is a consultation.
